Our teams are provided prior training in order to be fruitful and effective and truly play a role in making a long term impact in Costa Rica. Your team comes alongside our current programs to mobilize ministry within at-risk communities and meet real needs.
The Forge is an intensive hands-on missions and discipleship program designed for those interested in leadership, not just missions. By definition, a forge is where iron is shaped and formed, and that is exactly what you experience here in Costa Rica with our ministry. Iron sharpens iron very well on the mission field, and every lesson learned will serve you well in leadership, no matter where you serve in the future.
When you or your church partners with us, you are literally becoming a PART of our ministry. The multiple ways in which strategic partnerships contribute to our ministry year-round are just as important at the work that we do here in Costa Rica year-round. Every partnership looks different, but regardless of the details, we want you to be assured that our desire is an intentional, strategic, and gospel-centered relationship.
If you feel led to fulfill your calling as a long-term missionary, we equip you with spiritual and hands-on missions training so that you have all the tools necessary for any ministry outreach. Our focus is developing a healthy heart, mind and soul of the missionary, so that wherever you go and whatever you do, you are ready to carry the Gospel there.
